Where do I begin? Before meeting Shannon, there was something inside of me I could not put into words...a voice deep down I just couldn't make sense of...a space that had no name. "It was kismet that Shannon and I reconnected. Acquaintances in High School, fast forward to our early 30’s and Shannon came back into my life just when I needed a miracle. I have always been a spiritual seeker…always curious what my purpose is in life. Struggled a lot on the way. When I found yoga in my late 20’s my life changed dramatically, I finally woke up.
